These terms cover BiOVE File Mask for AI and its licenses. The checkout provider's buyer terms also govern payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and transaction disputes.
BiOVE File Mask for AI is a digital download containing a Windows desktop privacy app, guides, and the selected license. Preview costs $0; Individual ($29), Team 10 ($249), and Business 25 ($499) are one-time purchases. It is not a hosted storage service, subscription, custom development service, or physical product. Delivery is made through the checkout provider after successful checkout.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public hosting of the product package, and removal of license notices are not permitted. These restrictions apply to the product package, not to PNG, JPG, PDF, or text files created with the product.
Support covers download access and reasonable help running the Windows app. Contact BiOVE File Mask for AI Support. Never send the image, PDF, or text you intended to redact. An order number, app version, operating-system version, and non-sensitive error text are sufficient.
Package version 1.5.1 supports Windows 10 and 11. It processes images, unencrypted PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, and pasted text. The current installer and portable EXE are unsigned beta builds, so Windows SmartScreen may display “Unknown publisher.” Macro-enabled Office files and embedded objects are blocked; videos, encrypted PDFs, and cloud files are not edited directly. Pattern detection and visual masking are practical aids, not guarantees. Always inspect exports before sharing and use solid masks for high-risk concealment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided as-is without a guarantee that every sensitive detail will be detected or removed. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
