These terms cover the LocalVeil Studio product and license. The checkout provider's buyer terms also govern payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and transaction disputes.
LocalVeil Studio is a one-time digital download containing a browser-based privacy utility, guides, and the selected license. It is not a hosted storage service, subscription, custom development service, or physical product. Delivery is made through the checkout provider after successful payment.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public hosting of the product package, and removal of license notices are not permitted. These restrictions apply to the product package, not to PNG, JPG, or text files created with the product.
Support covers download access and reasonable help opening the product in a current desktop browser. Contact LocalVeil Studio Support. Never send the screenshot or text you intended to redact. An order number, browser and operating-system version, and non-sensitive error text are sufficient.
A current desktop version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari is required. Version 1.0.0 does not edit PDFs, videos, office documents, or cloud files directly. Pattern detection and visual masking are practical aids, not guarantees. Always inspect exports before sharing and use solid masks for high-risk concealment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided as-is without a guarantee that every sensitive detail will be detected or removed. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
