Local processing is a boundary, not a guarantee.
Supported files are processed on the device running the app, and exports are created as new copies. Operating-system storage, backups, synced folders, and the user's sharing channel remain separate risk boundaries.
Product evidence
Security language follows the actual data flow.
The product does not require a hosted source-file upload portal or product account. Where a source is opened from and where a copy is saved still depend on the user's environment.
What it does not do
No central administration, audit log, compliance certification, or guaranteed automatic identification.
What to verify
Test with synthetic material, scan the download with current security software, and reopen every export.
Explicit limits
Final review cannot be skipped.
- Windows 10/11 only; there is no Mac build.
- Video and encrypted PDF files are not edited directly.
- Macro-enabled Office files and some embedded objects are blocked.
- Detection and masking do not guarantee a complete result. Human review is required.
- The product is not legal review, compliance certification, or a data-loss-prevention system.
